1:1 Mentorship
Cancellation and Rebooking Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and scheduling conflicts can occur. To provide a fair and consistent experience for all participants, we have established the following cancellation and rebooking policy for our 1:1 mentorship program:

Rescheduling:
-
Participants are allowed one (1) complimentary rescheduling of their appointment.

To request a reschedule, participants must email us at thebellarose.biz@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to their originally scheduled appointment.

The rescheduled session must be within a reasonable timeframe and subject to the mentor's availability.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a reschedule.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

No Rebooking After Cancellation:

If a participant cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, they will not be eligible for a rescheduled session.

Late Arrivals:

Participants are responsible for joining the scheduled session on time. If a participant is late, the session will not be extended, and missed time will not be made up.

Emergency Situations:

In case of a genuine emergency, exceptions to this policy may be considered. Participants must contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

All rescheduling requests and cancellations must be communicated via email to thebellarose.biz@gmail.com.

Ebooks/ Digital Products
No Refund Policy for Digital Products/Ebooks
Thank you for your purchase of our digital products or ebooks. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases. By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to the terms of this no refund policy.
